BOOKING CANCELLATION CHARGES
Cancellation and modification of the booking are free up to 7 days before the check-in date. If the customer cancels after this period, a payment of 50% of the total stay is required. In the case of a one-night stay, if the cancellation is made after the specified deadline, the full cost of the night will be charged.
In case of no-show or cancellation on the check-in day, the customer is required to pay the full cost of the stay. For early departures, payment for the entire booked stay is still required.
