BOOKING CANCELLATION CHARGES
In case you need to cancel your reservation, you can do so free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. After this deadline, the payment of one night is required. In case of no show, payment of the entire stay is required. The deposit paid will be fully refunded. In the event of early departure, the guest will have to pay the entire stay in any case.
CAN I MODIFY MY BOOKING DATES?
It is possible to modify your booking dates free of charge up to 7 days before your date of arrival, depending on availability.
HOW MUCH DEPOSIT MUST I PAY WHEN I MAKE MY RESERVATION?
A deposit of 30% of the total reservation will be requested at the time of booking; this may be paid by bank transfer or by credit card. Alternatively, as a deposit, you can leave details (name, number and expiry date) of your credit card.
